Gimmicky offense

Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of offenses that are so one dimensional that it?s just plain gimmicky? First it?s never pass, only run, and now it?s never run, only pass. Why can?t we find a balance? Can we not see that a balanced attack keeps a defense honest and makes us formidable on offense? When I vent, I?m not saying we should do back to another one dimensional offense, but there are lots of indications currently that JoMo?s was a much better offensive scheme that this. He just needed help running the program. We should have hired a mentor for him as an assistant head coach or atleast replaced him with someone that runs a similar scheme. We already had the personnel.
