MSU. Ole Miss has never been caught. It?s always just been a conspiracy against them by the NCAA to keep them down.

Edited to say that the times each University has gotten in trouble may be tied however.

MSU has had 7 Major Infractions cases: 1967 - Basketball; 1975 - Football (and if you think it was just Gilliard, you need to read the linked report); 1986 - Both basketball teams, softball, women's golf & women's tennis; 1996 - Football; 2004 - Football; 2013 - Football; and 2019 - Football.
Ole Miss has had 5 Major Infraction cases: 1959 - Football; 1986 - Football; 1994 - Football; 2016 - Women's track, basketball, and cross country; and 2017 - Football.
That being said - the severity of their cases have been much, much worse, then ours - especially '94 and '17. And has been stated, we turned ourselves in 2013 and 2019.
We are tied for the most with Georgia, A&M and USCe.
There does not seem to be a "minor infractions" database, so who knows who actually leads.
