He somehow managed to avoid jail time. Not sure how but he did. I'll be interested to see if Pearl is mentioned in this. Could nail him career shut if he is. After what happened with Mark Gottfried this week I think the coaches with extra baggage are about to be shut down by the NCAA

White collar crime, Only $91k, first offense, 2pt reduction on the sentencing guidelines for acceptance, is probation in most cases in federal court.
