He has no hope at winning. He elected to become a public figure. He can't then sue people for making fun of him and win
He's slowly realizing he's not the least bit relevant anymore and he can't take it. Got to keep his name in the news. However, suing Barstool is only going to make it worse. Now no sports company will feature you since they think you'll sue them.
