I?m very proud of our girls basketball team. They were phenomenal for all but 1.5 games all year long. They made me care about a sport that I never watched up until about 3 years ago. They were good enough to win the whole thing this year and fell one play short. The only negative feeling I have at all is that this all but guarantees no national championship in any sport at State will occur in my lifetime. This team was dominant. This team was focused. This team was built to win it all and they didn?t. I don?t know why, but they played scared for way too many minutes tonight. They are still the most dominant team over a two year span that I have seen at State. They were amazing. Thanks for the ride.
