Weirdness aside, the dude has won at Texas Tech and Washington State not exactly powerhouses. He is honestly probably the most proven realistic head coach out there. Wouldn’t be my first choice but I don’t think it would be a death sentence either. We could do a heck of a lot worse.
What he's done at WSU is kinda miraculous though. I like the Pirate. I'd rather have Norvell but I'd be fine with Leach. He scores a lot of points and he will shit talk better than anyone we've ever had. He's hilarious.

I love Leach, I'd prefer to keep loving him from a distance though.
He has won more than 10+ games in a season just once in 2 of the weakest defensive conferences. But bigger than that is he would be a bad fit for us. The right fit is the most important part of hiring a HC. A lot of them are really good coaches but the HC has to fit the program at the right time.Quote:
