SEC Titles since 1965 in the "Big 3" sports...
*stolen from a board, that stole it from another board...
While the timeline of integration differs from school to school. I read 1965 was a good year. So we will go with that.
Note this is either Regular Season or how Baseball recognized the offical champion(some years it was a playoff)
No Tournament Champions in this one
So here it is ranked by sport:
1. Kentucky 29(yes 28 of them are basketball)
2. Alabama 28(19 are football)
3. Florida 27
3. LSU 27
5. Tennessee 15
6. Georgia 12
7. Mississippi State 11
7. Auburn 11
9. Vanderbilt 9
10. Arkansas 4
10. South Carolina 4
Yes South Carolina and Arkansas have done better than Mississippi only being in the conference since 1992
12. Mississippi 3(yikes and only one title after 1977 which was a baseball co championship that LSU had the tiebreaker)
13. Texas A&M 1
14. Missouri 0
UGA does less with more better than anyone.
