Kiffin is going to LSU or they would not have signed off on Orgeron. The Houston HC job was an agent ploy to make sure that LSU pays a premium for Kiffin. Kiffin to LSu is already done IMO. I have some Lsu buddies and they flat out don't want Kiffin.
Houston might have balked at Kiffin since he probably just wanted to use them as a stepping stone for a season or 2. They wanted someone that either was going to stay for a while or have to pay a big buyout.
