I think Kellenbooger gets his news from the rant, it was posted there a couple hours before the Clarion fishwrap reported it, anyway I'm not surprised that kid was caught, he's a Johnny Manziel without the talent.

And for those with an "ok" attitude on smoking pot ... it's still illegal on a national and state level.
