Looks like a lot of small ball headed our way in the Gridley, Mangum, Alexander, Robson stretch of the lineup tonight. Not understanding the Rooker at #2, or Lowe at #4 and Kruger at #5....why would you not want your best hitter to maximize at bats by putting him at 2 or 3?

If Cody Brown isn't going to be in RF I'm glad to see Mangum there. That kid has some grit and wants to win. He makes stuff happen like Cody.

Hump isn't any better at 3rd than Collins. Now if you want to complain about no brown, ok. But we did replace a no bat w a bat potentially. Question is against vandy, who loves to run, is marrero more valuable defensively than the offense we put in...?Quote:

Personally, I'd have taken the opportunity to put Stovall at 3B. He's a baller that has earned more PT, imo. But #Meddler gonna meddle.
