Mullen is a thief

The responsibilities of a head football coach includes recruiting. Recruiting is at least 35% of the job. For Mullen to be so smug and lazy to not have traveled twenty miles to give some love to the top OL prospect in Mississippi is UNACCEPTABLE.

Mullen put a foot in the grave when he went job hunting. He wasn't anything special in recruiting before HE gave our opponents ammo to use against him by job hunting. We are now officially waisting $4m per year on a coach that now has a ceiling of 8 wins. Prior to Mullen's miscalculation, the National Championship was our ceiling. Mullen has NO ONE TO BLAME but himself. Dan Mullen is dead coach walking and our program will suffer. There is no getting better under the current model.

I believe Dan Mullen is a great coach but he has poisoned the water. He has proven to be a great evaluator of talent but not good at closing the deal with top recruits. Now, he (we) have no hope of reaching our potential. I have supported Mullen 100% until word floated about him wanting out of his job. Dan Mullen is the best coach MSU has ever had but he must go. There are many other good options to lead our program.
