Is this similar to Risk?
It's a difficulty upgrade. The pieces represent different units with different abilities instead of differemt numbers. Imperial are trying to find and destroy the hidden Rebel base while the Rebels are trying to get the rest if the galaxy to take notice. Game is driven by cars and leaders, which sort of act like a worker placement part. But the units engage in the actual combat. There's a good video review by Miami Dice:Quote:

Well, this was released on 31 March. I got mine on 2 April and around my house it has been quite a distraction as we have played eight times now, with the Empire restoring order to the galaxy 5 times and the Rebellion sparking a full uprising and overthrowing it 3 times. We're going to get in a ninth play tonight before midnight I hope as we've been participating in and logging each session as seen below:

As you'll see the "Empire" currently "holds" Mississippi and that has been reflected in our gameplay. I really don't know how many others out there have contributed Magnolia state entries.
This has all contributed to a shortage of softball threads around here. The Rebellion must be crushed and young Skywalker made one of us...AND...The Empire has made a critical error and the time for our attack has come.
