We go to PG events, etc, find the most talented guys we can and get them to commit, the best talent available.
Each June, have 5-10 get drafted and keep 50 percent.
Deal with the consequences of the draft the best way we can.
This has to happen every year.

Only if it were this easy......finding them and building a relationship before PG nationals is the trick.
By the time they get there, everybody is on em.
