Hypothetically of course but if Lacy declares for the draft do you take him with your 1st pick. I would in a heartbeat.

I like miller, but he can't stay healthy. I think Neal can be the big back, but need a more explosive guy to pair with him.

In my mind, I take that first pick and match with several others and try to get Dak back to Louisiana with Kellen Moore. If I'm dreaming.

Only a moron takes a RB in Round 1.

Round 1 is for QB/WR1/OL/DL/CB

The Saints suck and I dont know what they need as I try to never watch them- but taking a RB would be ridiculous.

Saints are set up great for the future. This past class has promising starters at qb, lt, safety, and cb. Also, no contributors at rb and lb. Their DT 3rd round pick was hurt before the season. They will have another 8-12 pick this season with lots of money available soon.

Carr retiring and potentially having a qb on a rookie contract has put this rebuild in hyperdrive.
