Our OL is the worst unit on the team. By far. And getting worse, not better.
At least we got better through the year under Kennedy last season.

Injury?s for the most part I?d guess. When we aren?t predictable we can be pretty good but when we are DC?s are isolating our problem spot and exploiting it. We just don?t currently have the depth or studs to line up and run right at anyone. We are also missing Fluff bad right now.
There aren't enough SEC caliber Olinemen out there to supply 16 teams. There probably aren't enough to supply 10-12 teams. We get the pick overs. We'll always get the pick overs, mang.
He absolutely sucks. He sucked at Colorado before he came here.
On the other hand, I say thank goodness he recruited some guys to come in in the spring or we would be atrocious. Couple of injuries hurt us too. This group may be the biggest drop off in terms of talent after the starters of any group we got. Lewis just wasn’t ready either. But he better be ready next year or that’s on Loadholt for sure. When did Loadholt get here? Not sure if he’s even had a year yet to try to recruit. We need to hit this group hard in the portal.
Our O line played well for 3.25 quarters. Then the HC decisions took over
I've looked and asked before but I can't find an answer. What happened to Jimothy Lewis? Did he just quit or what?
Honestly, our line was playing fairly well by the end of last year. I was surprised Cody Kennedy got let go.
One of his failures is not coaching the linemen to avoid illegal procedure penalties. This is basic, fundamental stuff. We have far too many OL procedure penalties. As Jack C. would say, after all, it's only the 8th game.
That isn't a coaching issue at this point of the season. It's a talent issue. Our fat, slow footed linemen are getting beaten so often, they're trying to cheat by lining up deeper and deeper to give themselves extra time, resulting them lining up too deep and drawing the illegal procedure penalty.
we need better OL. Period. end of story
Same but I'm just curious, did he literally quit after the Tennessee game? He's not listed in the player participation list since then, he's not injured and I can't find him anywhere on a sideline. He has an NIl deal so did he just give up? Already in the portal? He was a huge get as a recruit, I just find it hard to believe he just gave up after a bad game.
