It 100% needs to be capped and there should be a 1 time transfer rule again.
However, it's impossible to cap NIL now. Boosters are gonna do whatever they want.
All that would change is what's above the table and what's below it.

What they really need to do is drop roster limit to 70 and make it where a roster spot is locked for four years.
That will disperse talent and limit movement. All rules going forward have to be on the schools. Players are untouchable now.

I just think with the way the courts are going you won’t be able to regulate players and what they do it will have to be scholarship regulation. Incidentally, what they need to do is reduce and lock roster spots for 4 years. That would limit the ability to transfer just due to limited availabilityQuote:
