its Van Buren's to take right now. If Nussmeier is hurt and continues to play poorly and we don't see Van Buren, that is an indictment on Van Buren.

He's not healthy. You can watch how he throws the ball and tell he's not healthy. They should've held him out of the SELA game. No reason to play him in that one. They really need him to get healthy during the BYE and hope he's ready for the stretch run. Their margin of error has diminished to zero.Quote:

Looking back at last year, pretty amazing how well MVB played as a true freshman in the SEC on a historically bad MSU team. He did have some offensive weapons though... Arguably, 2 of the top WRs in the SEC were on our team last year.
His running ability should open up the offense for them.
