With that kind of money, a Super should be the minimum. But It isn't my money, so I don't get to determine what is acceptable. If I had promised to be in a consortium that is paying the difference in the State base and $2.9 mil for at least the next 4 years, I would certainly have a solid list of expectations.
I'm thinking a bunch or in incentives or bonus for reaching goals set. Maybe I'm wrong.
No the 2.9 is just base. There is plenty more to be made in incentives for sure but the 2.9 is base salaryQuote:
