He has been legit. His potential is really high for next year, too.
He's a little bit like RJ Yeager in 2022, but Ace has been even better. It is swept under the rug how good Yeager was that year because the team was beyond 17 awful.Quote:

TBH, I think this team has some good talent just mis-managed. When we get clicking, we have Omaha talent.

i'll step up and say that I was wrong about him. Lemonis kept calling him a "pro hitter" and I said that I didn't see it. Of course I have zero faith in Lemonis' ability to judge talent, so that probably skewed my judgement a little. That and he struggled a little bit early against weak pitching. He ended up being pretty good.
