Damn. I was thinking we had an 8 percent chance of getting a 5 month commitment.
I'm pretty sure money has little or nothing to do with his decision.

Well, if State wants to be better than a 5-7, 6-6 max program, they better start figuring a way to get these types of home grown players, no matter who our competition is for their services. Ole Miss may not have succeeded but at least they understand how to play the game and continue to reach for it. State is not even on the bench. Still sitting in the upper deck with the Alumni Band!

We can't currently offer that. We probably get the guy last year if we had been a 7-5 or 8-4 type team instead of 2-10 because he was an MSU fan. Honestly, I would be pissed if we spent millions in NIL money on a 5 star WR when we couldn't block a 3 man rush the last several years
