Ledbetter turns around abd bats from the left, works a full count and draws a walk. 2 on, nobody out.
Chance immediately hits a ball into right center, bases loaded with no outs.
Meeting on the hill after Hancock takes two straight balls.
Hancock skies one to left field, caught, RBI. State up 1-0 early
Go ahead and warn y’all… it’s an EXTREMELY tight zone so far… we may walk 25 people today…
Alford hits it to first, 1B thought to go to second, decided not to, pitcher covered first can't handle the toss clean, Chance is safe, run scores, State up 2-0.
Hines pops out, Highfill grounds into an FC to end the frame. State scores twice, Cal coming to bat.
