Upgrade for Ole Miss and BAMA
I read that from Chris Low, as well... Oh glorious rapture!!!
this thread from tRant sum it up for a lot of peeps:

Id let Partridge coach Safeties if Hughes wants to move into an administrative position.
They have been getting him every season since before Austin Williams signed to play for us. Congratulations....I guess???
Ole miss just hung a banner
Bama had the top ranked scoring defense in 2020. They finished with the third and second-ranked defense in the conference over the past two seasons so they're definitely struggling (rolls eyes). Problem is an over entitled fan base.
So ole miss is paying 9 million for a head coach
2 million for a DC
We can?t even pay 5 million for our entire coaching staff
Sorry but wtf
If Saban thought Golding was good at his job, he would be staying.
Bammer's D was statistically one of the best in the country this year, but Golding completely screwed the pooch a couple of times and that cost Bammer, big... He wasn't consistent and had some "3rd & Grantham" moments...
To add, putting Will Anderson in Pass Coverage should be a frickin' felony... Oh, and maybe put a guy on UT's Hyatt so ya can get a shot at the NC....
I could be a top 10 Defensive Coordinator at BAMA.
Yeah, and the three years prior to Golding becoming DC Bama was 2015 3rd Total D, 3rd Scoring D
2016 1sr Total D, 1st Scoring D
2017 1st Total D, 1st Scoring D
not in the conference, but all in the entire nation
Under Golding:
2018 16th Total D(guess who was 2nd?) 12th Scoring D(guess who was 1st?)
2019 21st Total D 16th Scoring D
2020 32nd Total D 13th Scoring D
2021 7th Total D 18th Scoring D
2022 13th Total D 10th Scoring D
Do y'all really think Ole Miss "stole" this clown from Saban and Bama? His ass was told to get out. Glad the Bears got him.
Sure ,the fan base wasn't satisfied but they never are unless they win a N/C. Do you really think Saban wouldn't just fire his ass if he didn't want him? Yeah, whatever. He may not have been pleased with him but if he wanted him gone, that would've likely already happened. The most likely thing is that he was feeling heat and may not have been comfortable with what he saw returning. Who knows but I don't buy that he was going to be fired anytime soon.
