Biography:

Doing something a little crazy for the 2025 season. Got a 10 day trip to Montana planned with some board gaming, hiking, and 3 football games near enough to see at Montana, Utah State, and BYU. Then I have a mid week CUSA romp planned in October.

-First football game to attend: 1980 Mississippi State vs. Auburn at Mississippi Memorial Stadium with my mom and dad. I was 7 years old. We won 24-21. My mother worked at an antebellum home in Natchez named Auburn. I knew Auburn's colors were blue and orange and that they would be wearing all white. I naturally assumed a picture of the house would be on the side of their helmet!

-Last football game to attend: Egg Bowl. Lost. But the next day.... saw Vandy put it on the Vols. Sat lower bowl near 50 yard line. Y'all, that is a cramped little stadium. No wonder they seat so many. You have to spoon.

-Next Up: A bowl game or two. Will decide when the final matchups come out.

THE QUEST: I have a lifetime goal to see all FBS schools play live at least once. The latest added to the list were San Jose State, Utah, and Utah State on that trip out west to Montana, Idaho, and Utah Then Kennesaw State and Jacksonville State on a little mid week mini trip. That brings the total to 101. I'm over 3/4 now but new schools keep moving up to FBS!
