I know Ben Howland was horrible using timeouts either at the wrong time or poorly designed plays either defense or offense. I guess the jury is still out on Jan's. But a couple of knucklehead decisions down the stretch of the first half set him up to flip the script here at the end. Free throws are the difference.

Usually takes good guard play to make a deep run. Limit those turnovers and pop a 3 when needed. Tolu will demand double teams. He got to find the open man and we got to knock it down.

A mismatch today for sure. Foul trouble revealed it. They couldnt match up. Awesome job by Jans for seeing Bell and getting him playing like this. We burned the free throws up today too for a change!!

Thats what I've been saying but DJ is built more for a SF roll. But I would like to see Keyshawn get more playing time and see if he can match DJ on the Defensive side.

You don't sound like you know much about basketball. Bell is awesome and I love what he is doing for us but he comes nowhere close to Tolu offensively. That being said we need him going forward, Jans has gotten the most out of Bell than any other coach has. Prior to this year Bell's highest averages for his career was around 5ppg and 5 rpg.... he's almost doubled those stats with us....... but he's not Tolu Smith on offense

Tolu avg'd over 15 ppg last season. Bell is at 9.6, and he hasn't faced one sec team yet. Tolu is better than bell, but bell appears to be much better than McNair. Both will play

Moves or no moves. I?ll have to go with production. Tolu 15.5+ points and 8.5 rebounds(last year). Bell 8.9 points and rebounds(which is great and exceeds all expectations) against no SEC competition.
