When they got busted doing it with Lovett and Jones they were put on probation, not allowed to take any transfer portal guys from schools for a certain time, and not allowed to take Lovett or Jones. The second time should be more harsh.

But I agree that the lack of enforcement is killing the ncaa. They were caught red handed with evidence. Just show cause the whole staff for 10 years and coaches would stop doing it.

The thing that made college Greta was the devotion of players and fans. I get transferring if not playing, but rampant transfers and unlimited money have made it the worst experiment of professional sports. In pro, at least there is a contract.
