Here is what I saw. No defense and no one on the court interested in actually playing offense by sharing the ball. Hubbard, Jones, and Moore, basically handed them 8 pts to end the half through absolutely terrible shot selections off weak drives. We didn?t pass the ball on 5 straight trips down the court.

Our starting gaurds are 0-5 from the field and neither has an assist. Hubbard has 8 points but that's on 3-10 shooting. Shak is 1-5 with no assist. You won't beat anyone with your gaurds playing like that.

It is one game. But a fair bit --- turnovers, fouls, easy baskets allowed, etc --- was because of subpar effort. They were not ready to play for whatever reason.

I don’t know. There are quite a few games last year where Tolu didn’t get touches down low. With DJ and Cam hanging around the outside and dribbling, defenses can really clog up the middle and we still shoot bricks.

It?ll be a Q2 road loss before our all American is back. It won?t hurt as much as you think. That said we need to make some lineup adjustments. Trey Fort you?re the odd man out.
