I think Billy survives but some sources are saying they have reached out to coaches gauge interest

Very, very true. They want so bad to be relevant they will go after folks and offer them Jimbo type money. Would be difficult to turn that down with a buyout like that. Stoops wasn?t close to the splash they want and it may well cost Bjerk his job too.

Hearing it will probably be down to Traylor, Fritz, and Gary Patterson at Houston. Odom has an outside shot. All 3 of the main guys are pushing really hard for it. Will come down to who impresses Fertitta.

I really believe that could be a disaster hire for them. Leonard is not going to come A&M with him and I doubt Johns will either. They need a program builder but want a guy who is going to compete for the CFP in year 1. That is not Mike Elko. Elko is going to take 2-3 years to get it rolling there and they will want him gone before that.

Mike Elko deal is a 6-year contract at $7 million per year. He has a lot incentives, could get up to $3.5 MIL more for winning the nationally championship.

I don't even recall what you're talling about but it still made me lol!

If you can find some old videos of Auburn football games when Terry Bowden was coach, he used to pace up and down the sideline chewing his gum about 100 times per second. I honestly don?t know how he did it. My jaws would have seized up.

We made the move at the perfect time. There is potential to be 4-6 SEC jobs open next year with probably a dozen or so P5 jobs open and a few of those possibly being blue bloods.
