Right now how bad all looks dependent on moisture return. This is where the drought could actually help us. With everywhere so dry, there is very little moisture to be had from evaporation. It's all going to have to come from the Gulf.

We could get a Noah-like flood and we'd still be in drought conditions. We need rain so bad!
