"A federal judge in Mississippi approved a plea agreement Tuesday allowing a 19-year-old former University of Alabama basketball player to avoid prosecution in a kidnapping case if he stays out of trouble for two years."
He's on probation for 2 years, and would need to get permission from the judge to go to MSU, since it's in the Northern District, but I don't see that being a problem. Ray needs to go after him immediately. We need all the help we can get.
