I wish him the best of luck and hope he gets another DC position. He is a really a great guy, but was elevated into a position during a rough time when he wasn't ready. Not his fault. I don't blame him at all for failing in his 1st year as a HC. He might be a good HC one day down the road and I hope that comes true

I hope Arnette will be able to speak freely about what restrictions were put on him, if any, and by who, in order for him to get the job. I just find it hard to believe he would have changed the offense like he did after we won 9 games in 2022, with most players coming back, if he had a choice. But what do I know ?

My hope is he is good at hiring coaches. He's made some hires inside the dept that look promising. So there is hope there.

This. 1000x. One of MSU athletics biggest issues when it comes to football is we have some real dead weight in administration that is REALLY holding the program back. I hope Selmon starts cleaning house soon.

Such a great guy that he strung Mason Miller along knowing full well he was not going to retain him on the staff. I have no sympathy for Arnett, and I have been looking forward to this day since January.

Give it a rest. We did the same thing when AR came in - wholesale, no transition period. It is what you get with that kind of change. It ain't like we were lighting it up in AR previously either.
