Just for some fun since there isn?t much to have hope about, how many of y?all think over or under 3 head coaching openings in the SEC to end the year? Im going over, I say 4 - us, Arky, Florida, and Vandy. Wouldn?t be surprised if Jimbo is gone either

Probably just us and Arkansas. Napier probably gets 1 more year. I'm not concerned with Vandy. If we're competing with Vandy for coaching candidates, we're already screwed.

Under. Us and Arkansas will be the only 2. Florida, A&M, and USCe will all open next year

I don?t know they are crazy at UF, they are about to go 5-7 barring a miraculous turnaround. Billy?s only saving Grace is the recruiting class at the moment. Do they delay the inevitable just for the class? Also Stricklands ass will be fired as well there

I’m not convinced Arkansas fires Sam Pittman. I think they give him one more year. I feel like it’ll just be us and vandy

Today was the day for blowouts!

LSU-Fla was the closest and it was by 17.

There are some really Good football teams at the top of this league, but the middle is pretty far ahead of the bottom 3(Arkansas, Vandy and State!

Pittman has a higher buyout now. They missed their chance.

Jerry Jones and Walmart $ will make it easy for them

They didn't quit against Florida

Arky former player/fan, good friend of mine said the win over FL triggered a performance clause in his contract and buyout increased $7 million. Now $18 mil?

It went from around $11 to about $16 MIL and that is correct

I think he was speaking on how many said they quit before we played them and that was why we won. Then they beat Florida showing they hadn't quit

Very possible for 5 openings now…

You could have 6 openings

MSU
Florida
Arkansas
Vandy
A&M
Ole Miss

I think Vandy coach remains. Florida is 50-50. Arkansas is 50-50. Kiffin could take another job (A&M maybe)

That’s crazy, has there ever been a time with that many openings in the SEC?

And while I think it’s 50-50 on Pittman, I believe he will be let go.

Some people on Hogville think he's gone. He was safe but the blowout to a bad auburn team changed minds apparently

I think Malzahn would be the favorite for that job

If Arkansas can get Gus, they will make a move.

I’m not sure they keep him after getting baptized by Freezus yesterday, just embarrassing.

Well looks like it will be a push at 3. A&M already announced their making a move and only a matter of time before Arky does. We need to go ahead and announce today to get a jump on candidates.
