If the school isn't punished then this isn't much. Harbaugh has more money than he needs already anyway and apparently will be able to coach in the CFB playoffs. And even if he doesn't he has a job in the NFL if he needs it. I doubt anything happens to the Michigan football program itself because it would cost the Big 10 too much money.

As far as I know the NCAA didn't do anything about it. The conference did. An NCAA investigation would have taken 3 years.

We already know the answer to that is NO. However, Saban/Kirby may accept the punishment as the coaching is done during the week, them being on the sidelines probably won't have a huge impact. Harbaugh being such an unlikable cuss, brings more hate on him.
