What can we do in this offseason differently that will not make the beginning of next year such a learning curve?
What hurt us this year, young secondary and young recievers. We do not have that issue this year.

What does the NCAA allow for teammate led practices and such? I would like to come out on fire next year.

Not the off-season yet, we need to take it to somebody in the bowl game. If we throw up a clunker in the bowl game, all the momentum gained by winning the Egg Bowl will be lost. By whipping somebody's rear end in the bowl game and Dak showing out, our momentum will build.

This is one of the advantages of a bowl game, it gives you extra practice and shortens the off season and thus time to get in trouble.

The schedule determines that as much as anything

The teams that played a toughass early season schedule-State, Tenn, Florida, Georgia- all suffered alot of injuries. You could probably add OM into that list also

Next year we open with the Nasty Bunch, UAB, and South Alabama- we get to play alot of players, develop depth, and rest starters in the first 1/3 of the season. That is much better and less physically demanding than playing two future top 10 teams in 2 of the first 3 games.
