This is his 4th year BACK there…you weren’t mentioning him his first three years back there while he had losing seasons all three. You’d think a guy who’s been there before could get it going quicker than 4 years, or maybe, just maybe, it takes time? NO ONE is going to come to State and instantly make us better it’ll take 3-4 years, it’s just the hard truth
