I don't have any betting line for you, but your question made me look up some passing D stats. So far this season, we've allowed FBS QBs to hit 77.2% of their passes. That's last in the SEC, of course, but dude, it's 132nd in the nation . . . out of 133 teams.

The real test will be Auburn in a couple of weeks. Their passing game is horrific. It'll be a pillow fight for the ages!

Not a chance. I see a lot of State fandom influencing these projections. It doesnt matter how bad Freeze wants to beat them, he still doesnt have the players. It?s not like he is going to suddenly hocus pocus his players into 5 stars performing at an all World level. They are really really bad at scoring and at qb. So unless Lane forgets the way to the stadium then they should easily cover.

I highly doubt Auburn beats Ole Miss, but crazier things have definitely happened. I expect Ole Miss to win something like 24-10. Auburns defense is decent and could hold them to a season low outside Bama, but their offense is horrible. I actually think we have a better chance of beating Auburn than Arkansas.

Auburn will play better at home but they aren’t very good overall. Mississippi is a better team. We’ll see if Rev Freezus can pull one off

Nothing to do with fandom. Freeze has a tendency to pull a rabbit out of his hat. Some posters here picked him to beat Georgia. No chance. He has the ole miss game and the Bama game circled. While he doesn't have the talent this year, he's been scheming this game since he was hired.
