Tonight's game vs Alabama

Someone posted in another thread (but I can't find it) that the campus is pretty dead, with not much tailgating going on. Seems like that's pretty unusual, especially for a game against Alabama or the Bears.

But the game starts at 8, past bedtime** for many of the "older" fans that usually attend. Will that affect overall attendance? The student section should be full (at least at first), but much of the other stadium has a considerable number of blue hairs. I no longer have season tickets, but if I did I'm not sure I'd be at at the game at that hour.

That’s unusual. Bama used to take over our campus for game week themselves. Hard to believe it’s dead up there…

I hate that kickoff. They give us a nod by giving us a night game and then they take it away by making it such a late kick. I hope the student come out strong. Heck give away tickets fill that stadium. You will make your money back by concessions.
