Agree or disagree?

Trick question because they both feed the athletic department. Going to the games gives direct funds to the operating budget whereas NIL is an indirect fund for "player payroll". The only real answer is spend for both because they are both essential to success. Of course, you can do neither and just watch from the couch. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

Agree somewhat.

I would pick NIL because I think the fans showing up would take care of itself if we are winning and have a 5 star QB.

Definitely a conundrum.

Show up and make the atmosphere and stadium a must place to be for players. Attract the right coaches that will get these guys to compete at the highest levels of college ball and into the NFL. Screw NIL the current version will not last it’s the Wild West and not really NIL. It’s mercenary ball and has to change soon.

It will be regulated in a couple years max. Then things will be "equal" somewhat.

Agree. Say we have 50,000 per game (yeah I know), spending $125 each with tickets, parking, drinks, food, etc.

That's 6.25M per home game. 37.5M per season. Say we get even a third of that and you're putting 12-13M in the NIL fund per year from the 'average person'

It is more important to give to NIL than build facilities.
And, if you buy tickets and don?t go to the game, it still gives them money.

Likely folks are not feeling it for either one at this stage of the season.
