QBs transfer, but it's hard to get a good one. Too many big schools looking for a QB, they find and buy the best. Decent backups transfer and we could get one of them, but a stud? Nah. I think you still have to recruit and develop them the old fashioned way. Even Kiffen can't get a stud QB from the Portal
