My wife and some of her friend girls just got back and the night pictures they took of themselves at the Statue of Liberty are awesome!

I've never seen it in person and I know it is impressive at any time. It just looked especially majestic tonight on 9/11.

I’ve seen in the day time, back in mid 80’s I got a chance to go inside. But the Liberty at night is amazing. My wife and friends did a dinner cruise at night and all the pictures they took from the water were amazing to say the least.

Same here. Just spectacular and especially remembering what happened 22 years ago.

Me as well. I left Starkville in 1985 with my newly minted MBA for my first job in Midtown Manhattan. Was occasionally in the Towers. Still hard for me when I go back and first get a glimpse of the skyline.
