Guys, I think he?s gonna be outstanding. I?ve just been thinking about some of the things he?s done already that are very important. Especially for fans and the fan experience

We needed someone outside of the Larry Templeton AD tree badly.
The marketing of the program is so much better than it was under Cohen. He will make a lot of people happy if he brings back the interlocking MSU logo permanently.

Greg Byrne wasn't from the Larry Templeton tree. Greg Byrne set up all the branding (logos including &tate) that you see today in 2009.
&tate was used on the helmet before Cohen left. Remembering 1998 and the merchandise push was in motion under Cohen.
&elmon has labeled football with a 1960s baseball jersey logo and sat in the chair so far.

I Hope he turns out to be a marketing genius who also knows when it is time to pull the trigger on major personnel decisions.
I think with both Byrne and Striklin, their moves were highly visible and that is what most fans are waiting to see from Selmon. Big time Value Moves!

If I had the option of getting Cohen or Striklin back today for Selmon, I wouldn't do it.

Selmon also just embraced The Bulldog Initiative as the official NIL collective for MSU, which is big. He?s been pretty impressive.
A lot of people wondered where he was and what he was during early on, but it?s apparent dude was grinding behind the scenes.
