A new Missouri law allows Missouri high school players to begin receiving NIL money when they sign with an instate school. If they sign with an out of state school, they have to wait until they enroll. We have got to get some national consistency with this NIL crap.

I'm going to make it Mississippi law that an in state kid can sign a NIL deal in 9th grade, if they don't stick to an in state school they owe all the money back.

The problem I have with that Missouri law. Kid says while in high school that he?ll sign with a Missouri college. He gets a big chunk of money while in high school. Goes to a Missouri school and gets another big chunk of money. While a freshman he blossoms into a stud player. He then transfers to another college after only 1yr at Missouri school and after transferring to a non Missouri school he gets another big chunk of money. Then let?s say he decides to transfer again and get any big chunk of money. And possibly transfer again and again. CRAZY
