It says you can only watch the live games on mobile and tablet.

you get all out of market PRESEASON games. Once the regular season starts, you will only get what is available to you on your local CBS and Fox as well as the NBC and MNF night games on phone or tablet only. It's a decent deal. But if you are in Saints territory and want to watch Dak you still have to sub to the Ticket for many of the games.
