Seriously though, LSU has been able to talk to PC candidates AND recruit the portal for pitchers while trying to win a natty. Bama was able to interview HCs, make a ire, get the PC to stay as soon as their season was done.

We've had a month and a half head start and ZERO distractions for 3 of those weeks, and what have we done with that time? Get a D3 pitcher with a mediocre ERA? It's pathetic all the war around. Lemonis and the AD should be embarrassed

We all foresaw this playing out in baseball with the decision to keep Lemo. It's really not that complicated sometimes. Now we just kill time and wait for the inevitable to happen nezt year. The downside is it's likely folks have walked with their dollars until the ship gets righted. It's hard to support stupid.
