For Stanford including Montgomery driving in 2 with his 0-2 oppo. Don?t tell me our offense this year were able to do that to save their lives.

You do realize that trying to be late with 2 strikes is pretty standard for good 2K hitting approaches right? Doesn’t mean it always happens. It’s not some unheard of thing that only certain teams do.

Hitting is hard. Hitting with 2 strikes is even harder so sometimes it doesn’t work out.

The bits and pieces that I’ve watched Stanford/texas, Stanford is hitting the ball. They look pretty good.

Texas finally breaks thru in top 8th to tie the game at 6-6

This is it. Leadoff walk for tree. Texas goes to the bullpen to bring in their ace that threw 110 pitches on Saturday.

What a throw from right to get the guy at third. Helluva game.

Unreal throw. On a damn dime.. While falling away and maybe 25 feet from the fence. Deep throw.

This feels like it's gonna go 12-13 innings if tree doesn't score here

Tree thought they just walked it off. And almost got thrown out at 2nd

Sky high fly ball. Should be out 3. But it drops between all the outfielders and 2b.
Game over. Tree to Omaha. Wow.

You missed the point by a mile. Our batters would still be trying to PULL that pitch and ground into a double play. How many guys came up for State in do or die situations this year and actually hit the ball where it was pitched to opposite field to drive in lead or winning runs? I?ll wait for your research paper.
