Congratulation to our women's basketball team on making it to the finals of the Gulf Coast Showcase vs Middle Tennessee . Lady dogs are good. Today they beat James Madison 65-52, JM beat UCLA yesterday and was coming in to tonights game 5-0. This is a team that made it to the N. I. T. Semifinals last season and returned 8-9 rotation players.

They're rolling & winning convincingly too. Great hire for our women's program.

Vic schaefer is one of the best coaches in the business. He was a huge hire. I think he won the National Championship at A&M. Expect really big things to happen with this team in the next year or two.

Correct. He was the top assistant when TAMU won the National Championship. He knows what it takes to win the Natty, so I have faith in Vic with this team. He knows what he's doing for sure.
