The Bulldog Initiative will be hosting a Women's Football Clinic, featuring Zach Arnett, members of the coaching staff, and select players. More details will follow, but I would appreciate anyone spreading the word so that people can save the date and we can try to make this as great an event as possible.

Great idea, Charlie. I like how you're thinking outside the box.

My wife, daughters, and mother-in-law went to the last Ladies Clinic, which I think was just before Moorehead's first season. They had a blast and learned a lot.

Guys, if you're looking for ways to get your significant other as engaged in college football as you are, a clinic like this is a great first step.

But fair warning: this is a double-edged sword. You might think you want your wife fully dialed in. But picture this scene:

It's fourth and goal from the three in a tight game with 37 seconds on the clock. You're losing your mind over what we should do. Your wife, who you forgot is sitting next to you, suddenly wants to talk about something completely irrelevant, such as which assistant coach's wife was the nicest at the clinic. I may or may not have had this experience personally.
