Ole Miss 3-12
@ Auburn 4-14
@ Tennessee 4-17
Arkansas 4-20
@ LSU 5-22
Texas A&M 7-23


Somewhere between 7 and 9 wins.

Win the Alabama and Texas A&M series. Could win the Auburn and Ole Miss series. Maybe not get swept by Tennessee, Arkansas, and LSU.

I think the young pitchers , if Loftin joins the weekend group, and the hurt pitchers return, will allow Lemonis to get at least 1 win each weekend.

Optimistically I see 8 but reality it is probably 5 unless someone really steps up and takes over the team from the field or pen.

The team will probably get a bump when Gautreau is named interim, so I say 6 total conference wins.

We ain?t winning one @LSU, I can tell you that.

We sneak one is my hope - but there is a non trivial risk of going 0-9 versus Tennessee, Arkansas, and LSU in consecutive weeks.

Scary because these are the team's we hope to recruit against. Also these are the schools that could buy the best parts of the MSU roster with NIL money.

My son and I went through it together- he thinks we only have 2 SEC wins - I had 4
