The team is weak. The hitters look weak. Pitchers are too scared to challenge hitters. Our catcher cannot throw out a single runner even with a pitch out. Our SS cannot hit, literally at all and cannot field very well.

Other than that, Amani is a player. Chance is a player. Ledbetter is a player. All the returning starters suck. Hines doesn?t look good in the field and really doesn?t look that good swinging the bat. I would never play Forsythe. Surely we have someone else. Hell, play Amani there and play someone else at 2nd. Correct. Because in college sports it is. You have assts to be nice and be their friend. The HC can't be the one to do that. It's a respect thing. Cohen's assts (Butch, Nick, Lane, Mike Brown) all were extremely nice guys. Cohen was a dick. Polk was not friends with any of the players. He had Mcmahon, Shoop, Raffo, Schoenrock, and McNickle for that. All those guys, outside of Pat, were extremely nice.

That same stuff is going on now, but the difference is there is no leadership. You think guys are going to respect a 3 year starter at SS batting .073 with multiple errors through four games? Or a 6th year player who is just a singles hitter? Or how about the coaches who get plastered with the team at football games sitting in the Scoreboard Club..
