SEC Standings

I thought I read on here that we will finish higher in the SEC than Ole Miss, but I was just looking at bowl projections and CBS says we're # 9 in the SEC and Ole Miss is #8.

I checked the SEC web site and it hasn't been updated, yet. I looked at Fox Sports and they have us above Ole Miss, but ESPN has us below Ole Miss.

Who is right and why?

We technically tie for fifth, but ties go to head to head.

I think ESPN just defaulted to overall record, when the conference record was tied.

I'm pretty sure that technically, we tied Ole Miss. I don't think the conference does tiebreakers for anything except the division participant in the SECCG. That said, I'll certainly consider it a fact that we finished ahead of them by way of a tiebreaker because I feel like it.
