Only if Croom is running it will it work in college.

But the fact that the best highest paid offensive linemen are protecting those QB?s vs. Olinemen that take 3 years to mature in college might be a factor as well. If you have a QB with 5 seconds on every play, having 5 WR?s would certainly be just as effective if not more effective then 3 WR, 1 TE and a RB safety valve.

Yeah. Two TEs who can split out wide and make plays in the passing game who can also reduce down and block. Neither are the third offensive tackle that most of you want to replace a WR with.

Some may not be aware, but both Army and Navy have had games against lesser opponents and never threw the forward pass a single time. How would you like to see a complete football game where there was not one single running play and the offense was very successful?
